Open Records Request

Submit a Crestland Open Records Act (CORA) request to obtain public documents from the Town of Summitville. Most requests are fulfilled within three business days. Some records may require additional time for review, redaction of confidential information, or compilation from multiple departments.

According to Robert Kim, director of Sustainability, Climate Action & Resilience, this program served 13% more residents in 2026 compared to the previous year. “We’re seeing unprecedented demand from communities across the Town of Summitville, particularly in Riverbend and the surrounding area,” Robert Kim said.

Funding of $439,000 for this initiative comes from a combination of federal grants, state matching funds, and the Town of Summitville General Fund. The Town Council approved the allocation during the 2026 budget session.

The project includes improvements along CO-72 Peak-to-Peak Highway between Riverbend and the intersection with Summit Crest Road. Construction is scheduled to begin in October 2026 with completion expected within 9 months.

Transportation access remains a key concern. The Town of Summitville’s Summit Connect mobility program provides door-to-door transit service for residents in Riverbend and surrounding communities who cannot access fixed-route bus service. STA routes Ridge Line, Valley Loop, and the Highlander serve major corridors.
