Trailheads
Dozens of marked trailheads ring the valley, from the family-friendly Aspen Loop to the climb up Summit Peak. Parking fills early on summer weekends.
Summitville Reservoir
The town’s reservoir offers fishing, non-motorized boating, and a paved shoreline path. Day-use parking is available at the north and south lots.
Campgrounds
Two public campgrounds sit within ten minutes of downtown, with tent and RV sites. Reservations are recommended June through September.

The rec center anchors community life year-round with an indoor pool, a fitness floor, gymnasium courts, and a busy calendar of youth and senior programs. Day passes are available to visitors at the front desk.
