Town of Summitville Fairgrounds Event Rentals

The Town of Summitville Fairgrounds offers indoor and outdoor spaces for weddings, corporate events, community gatherings, and agricultural shows. Facilities include the Events Center, Exhibit Building, outdoor arena, and multiple pavilions with capacity ranging from 50 to 5,000 guests.

The Clear Lake open space property encompasses 1,739 acres and features 5 miles of multi-use trails. Seasonal wildlife closures may apply from December 15 through July 15 to protect nesting raptors and elk calving areas.

Public comment on this matter can be submitted through the Town of Summitville online portal, by email to Transportation, or in person at the next Town Council meeting. Written comments received by 5:00 PM the day before the hearing will be included in the public record.

How to Participate

Transportation access remains a key concern. The Town of Summitville’s Summit Connect mobility program provides door-to-door transit service for residents in Riverbend and surrounding communities who cannot access fixed-route bus service. STA routes Ridge Line, Valley Loop, and the Highlander serve major corridors.

According to Sarah Mitchell, director of Transportation, this program served 56% more residents in 2024 compared to the previous year. “We’re seeing unprecedented demand from communities across the Town of Summitville, particularly in Riverbend and the surrounding area,” Sarah Mitchell said.
